Junior Associate Attorney: Under the supervision of senior attorney to interpret
intellectual property and immigration laws and rules for individuals and businesses. Assist senior
attorney in identifying legal issues and analyzing the probable outcomes of cases based on legal precedents and
governmental agency regulations and advise clients concerning intellectual property and
immigration legal issues. Present evidence and make legal arguments for the benefits of clients under the supervision of senior attorneys. Must have an attorney license in the State of California
and a Juris Doctoral degree from an ABA approved law school in the United States. Must have
summer internship/externship in intellectual property and immigration laws and
procedures during J.D. study. Must complete courses of Patent Law, Patent Prosecution, Trademark Law, and Employment-Based Immigration Law during J.D. study.
